Adam Bassett is an experienced mechanical engineer and entrepreneur with a strong background in design and product development within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. As the founder and owner of Bassett Designs since November 2021, Adam has applied expertise from roles at Bauer, where responsibilities included developing tooling fixtures for aircraft components, leading Agile-Scrum practices, and establishing an additive manufacturing team. Prior experience includes mechanical engineering at P/A Industries, focusing on the design of metal stamping press equipment, and supply chain management at Otis Elevator Company. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
