Niels Nielsen

Niels Nielsen holds an MBA and has extensive experience in IT leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Co CIO and Head of IT Operations for BAUHAUS A/S Danmark, Niels oversees a team of approximately 80 IT professionals supporting 4,500 colleagues across multiple Nordic countries. Previous roles include Head of IT at SILVAN, where Niels built an IT setup from the ground up following a corporate sale, and various project management positions at companies such as Kamstrup, GRUNDFOS, and Vestas, where Niels contributed to significant IT projects, including the global rollout of SAP. Niels holds several project management certifications, including PRINCE2 Agile, and has a diverse educational background in business and management.
