Di-én D.

Di-én D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Di-én currently works at BAUHAUS - Nederland as an HR-adviseur and Opleidingscoördinator since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position but as an HR-medewerker and Opleidingscoördinator at the same company from February 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining BAUHAUS, they worked at UBN Uitzendbureau as an HR-medewerker and Opleidingscoördinator from July 2020 to August 2021. Di-én was responsible for coordinating training programs and onboarding processes for UBN employees. Additionally, they were involved in recruiting and selecting new employees for the company from November 2019 to July 2020 in the same role.

Di-én also has experience as an all-round medewerker at Brossois Utrecht from October 2017 to November 2019. Di-én worked as a Digicoach at Academie van de Stad from November 2018 to June 2019, where they coached vulnerable populations in Amsterdam West in digital skills.

In addition, they worked as a Hulpverlener at Handjehelpen from November 2017 to June 2018, and as a Sales Junior Accountmanager at Amari Metals B.V. from February 2017 to August 2017. At Restaria Theo, they served as an all-round medewerker from July 2014 to February 2017.

Di-én also gained experience as a Junior accountmanager (stagiaire) at OVstore for a short period from September 2015 to November 2015, and as a Sales Junior Accountmanager (stagiaire) at SummaView from April 2015 to June 2015. Di-én started their career as an All-round medewerker at HEMA from September 2013 to July 2014.

Di-én D. has a diverse education history. They obtained their Master's degree in Beleid, Communicatie en Organisatie (Policy, Communication, and Organization) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Toegepaste psychologie (Applied psychology) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, which spanned from 2017 to 2022. Di-én also attended Business & Administration College from 2014 to 2017, where they studied International Business Studies (IBS) as a Junior Accountmanager.

In terms of certifications, Di-én achieved the First Certificate in English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in January 2017. They also obtained a BTEC extended diploma and an MBO-4 diploma from Business and Administration College in 2017. Their education journey began at St. Gregorius College, where they obtained a vmbo-tl diploma in the field of zorg en welzijn (care and well-being) in July 2014.
