Francesca Baroni

Francesca Baroni is an experienced product development technologist specializing in chemical leavened products, biscuits, and cakes, currently working at Bauli Group since March 2018. Francesca's role involves leading technical projects for new product formulation and upgrading existing varieties, conducting activities from marketing brief creation to prototype realization and economic valuation. Prior to Bauli, Francesca held positions at Bormioli Pharma, focusing on quality assurance and auditing in the pharmaceutical sector, and at Biscottificio del Pasticciere, where responsibilities included HACCP manual development and direct contact with certification bodies. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Agro-Food Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Verona, complemented by specialized training at CAST Alimenti.
