Reto Binkert

Reto Binkert is a seasoned General Manager with nearly 20 years of international leadership experience in the automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Operations at BAUMANN Group, Reto leads multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility. Previously, as CEO of Axicom HV AG, Reto successfully managed the company's transition to independence and achieved significant organic growth. Reto's prior roles at ABB included contributions to business development and large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly in China. Reto holds a Master’s degree in Management, Technology, and Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich.
