Stefan Naef

Stefan Naef has a diverse work experience. Stefan is currently serving as the Project Manager of the CEO at Baumer Group since February 2023. Previously, from September 2017 to August 2022, they worked as a Research Assistant and PhD Candidate at ETH Zurich, where they conducted quantitative research on innovation and digitalization in firms. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman from January 2016 to June 2017. Stefan also had academic experience as a Master student in Management, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at EPFL from September 2012 to September 2014. Additionally, they completed an internship and master thesis at Bayer Business Services from February 2014 to August 2014 and had an internship at Basler & Hofmann from September 2011 to June 2012.

Stefan Naef completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from ETH Zürich from 2008 to 2011. Stefan then pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Management & Systems Modelling from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economics from ETH Zürich.
