Nichole Rouillac is a seasoned industrial designer and founder of Level Design SF, a women-led design firm established in October 2016, dedicated to creating timeless products. Currently serving as a collective member at Baukunst since May 2022, Rouillac contributes to advancing the intersection of technology and design. Previous leadership roles include serving as the SF Chair for Women in Design at the Industrial Designers Society of America from December 2017 to January 2021, where efforts focused on community building and mentorship for women in industrial design. Experience at HTC as Associate Creative Director and Lead Industrial Designer involved shaping design visions across product categories, while earlier roles at One & Co and New Deal Design included award-winning designs for major clients such as Google and Fitbit. Rouillac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Academy of Art University.
