Marc Almert is currently working as the Deputy Managing Director and Curator of Wine at Baur au Lac Vins. Prior to this, Marc served as the Chef Sommelier at Baur au Lac. Marc has also held positions as a Sommelier at Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg and Junior Sommelier at Hotel Nassauer Hof Wiesbaden. Marc has a strong educational background, including certifications as a Certified Sommelier and Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
