Alexandre Padilha

Alexandre Padilha is an experienced leader in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as CEO and CTO at Bausch Advanced Technology Group since February 2013. With a background as Engineering Manager at OPTIMA do Brasil from June 2011 to January 2013, and prior experience as Project Manager at Bausch Advanced Technology Group from January 2009 to June 2011, Alexandre has significant expertise in project management and business strategy within the packaging machines domain. Alexandre holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnica de Jundiai-FPJ, completed in 2009.
