Alissa Sundel

Alissa Sundel has extensive experience in benefits management and administration. Alissa is currently serving as the Director of US Benefits at Bausch Health Companies Inc. Prior to this role, Alissa worked at Avaya as a Senior Benefits Manager and Benefits Manager. Alissa also held positions at Conduent and Xerox, where they served as a Service Delivery Manager in both companies. Alissa's career started at HarperCollins Publishers as a Benefits Administrator and they have also worked at Pfizer as a Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Administrator. Alissa has a strong background in managing benefit payments, coordinating tax filings, and overseeing employee enrollment processes. Alissa has also been involved in international relocation and transition projects throughout their career.

Alissa Sundel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Hofstra University in 1992. Alissa later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Management/Human Resources from Baruch College, which they completed in 1995.
