Lauren Fedinec

Lauren Fedinec has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lauren began their career as an Account Director at PharmaDesign Inc, where they served as a sales representative and managed major accounts within the pharmaceutical industry. In 2008, they joined Bayer as a Marketing Communications Manager and progressed to become a Senior Manager, overseeing marketing communications and brand execution for the Dermatology unit. Lauren played a key role in launching innovative marketing materials and coordinating projects. In 2019, Lauren joined Bausch Health Companies Inc. as Director of Marketing Operations, responsible for managing the LMR process and promoting brand initiatives. Lauren recently transitioned to the role of Senior Director, further expanding their responsibilities in marketing operations.

From 1996 to 2000, Lauren Fedinec attended Lehigh University College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing Communications.
