Michael Kinkade

Michael KinKade has had an extensive and varied work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Michael most recently worked at Bausch Health Companies Inc. as the Vice President of Global Commercial and R&D IT. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of North America Commercial IT & Global HCP Engagement Platforms at Teva Pharmaceuticals. At Teva, they played a key role in driving digital transformation and implementing solutions to improve business and IT capabilities.

Before joining Teva, Michael worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held multiple roles including Global Director of Worldwide Commercial IT Capabilities, CIO of BMS China, and Director of Global Commercial IT Strategy and Analytics. During their time at BMS, they focused on driving digital transformation, optimizing pricing and revenue, and leading divestiture initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Novartis as the Director of Commercial Operations Respiratory & Dermatology, where they led the integration of Chiron U.S. primary care business into Novartis. Michael also held the position of Director of US Commercial Operations IT at Novartis.

Prior to Novartis, Michael worked at Pfizer as a Senior Manager of Information Science and at SmithKline Beecham in various roles including Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Manager of Client Server Systems. Through these roles, Michael has gained extensive experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and managing cross-functional teams.
