Rick Shaver

Rick Shaver, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Accounting & Financial Reporting at Bausch Health Companies Inc., a position held since April 2022. Previously, Shaver held significant roles including Financial Controller at DSI Underground Canada Ltd., Divisional Controller for Manning Forest Products at West Fraser, and Site Controller at Bombardier Transportation, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, Shaver has extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning across various sectors, including manufacturing and transportation. Additionally, Shaver contributed to academia as a part-time faculty member at St. Lawrence College. Shaver holds a Bachelor's Degree from Dalhousie University.
