Sarah B. Kavanagh

Sarah B. Kavanagh, MBA, is a seasoned director with extensive experience in corporate governance and finance. Currently, Kavanagh serves as Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bausch & Lomb since March 2022 and holds the position of Director at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since July 2016. Kavanagh also contributes to several organizations, including the Institute of Corporate Directors, Ontario Chapter, and Sustainable Development Technology Canada. Previous roles include Director at Hudbay Minerals Inc., Cymax Group Technologies, AST, and Trustee at WPT Industrial REIT. An educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Williams College, complemented by participation in the Institute of Corporate Directors' education program.
