Sven Katzky has extensive experience in engineering, operational excellence, and production management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Head of Global Engineering, Operational Excellence, and Strategies at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since February 2015, Sven has held significant roles including EMEA Director of Enterprise Excellence and Plant Director at Bausch + Lomb. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Director of Production and Site Manager at Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG, Director of Plant Operations at Rottendorf Pharma, and positions such as Head of Packaging Technology and Project Manager at CIBA Vision. Sven began a career in engineering as an Engineer in Machine Development at A+F Automation + Fördertechnik GmbH.
