Varsha Bhatt

Varsha Bhatt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Varsha started their career as a Research Apprentice at Zandu Pharmaceuticals in 1999. In 2001, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, where they worked until 2007.

In 2007, Varsha joined Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences, a division of Valeant Pharmaceutical International, as a Chemist IV. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Scientist I and Scientist II, Team Leader. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Manager, responsible for managing and supporting product development and building an advanced technical support group.

Since 2015, Varsha has been associated with Bausch Health Companies Inc. as a Director Dermatology Development. Varsha has held various positions within the company, including Senior Director and Senior Director, Global Clinical Services.
