Caroline Gemmi-Durig

Caroline Gemmi-Durig currently serves as the Director of Process Excellence and Execution at Bauwerk Group, where the focus lies on optimizing planning and inventory processes to enhance profitability and production capacities through collaboration with various departments. Prior to this role, Caroline spent nearly 24 years at SWAROVSKI in multiple leadership positions, including Director of Supply Chain Management EMEA, where responsibilities included managing complex warehouse operations and logistical processes, and Director of Global Order Fulfillment CGB, overseeing the order fulfillment organization. Additional roles at SWAROVSKI encompassed Director of Global Customer Service within the supply chain and Head of Global Logistic Service Center. Caroline holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Gloucestershire and an MBA in International Business from Universität Liechtenstein.
