Bavarian International School
Nicola Moloney joined BIS in 1995 and has been involved in the PYP programme from its infancy. As a classroom teacher, she has taught every grade level from Early Childhood to Upper Primary. Nicola has a passion for curriculum and has been involved in curriculum development and the advancement of the educational programme throughout the school. She moved to the City Campus in August 2017.
Nicola completed her teacher training in Nottingham in England. She also has a Masters in Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and is trained to teach Special Educational Needs and English as an Additional Language.
Nicola has an Irish husband, Joe, and they have three daughters. Ciara is at university, Aoife graduated from BIS in 2019 and Aisling, her youngest, is in a Grade 10 class. Nicola is an avid reader. She values exercise and fresh air, enjoying swimming, walking, camping, skiing and playing tennis. She is an Irish Dancing mum, supporting her children as they compete both nationally and internationally.
