Dawn Braddy, CMCA, has a strong background in office administration and management. Dawn began their career in 1997 as Portfolio Manager and Director of Education/Management at Associa/NNJaeschke, Inc. until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in managing portfolios and overseeing educational programs.

In 2013, Dawn joined FirstService Residential as a District Manager. In this role, they supervised a team of 10 individuals, including General Managers, Community Managers, and Assistants. Dawn was responsible for overseeing 23 client accounts and ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual terms. Additionally, they handled all aspects of community management.

After leaving FirstService Residential in 2018, Dawn joined The Prescott Companies as The Legend General Manager. In this position, they managed the daily operations of a community, utilizing their previous experience in community management.

In 2020, Dawn joined Associa/The Prescott Companies as the Vice President of Urban Development/San Diego Division. Dawn held this position until 2022, and during their time there, they played a key role in urban development projects.

Following their tenure at Associa/The Prescott Companies, Dawn worked at Emergent BioSolutions as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Research and Development department in San Diego in 2022.

Most recently, they joined Bavarian Nordic in 2023 as a Senior Administrative Assistant and Office Manager in their Research and Development department in San Diego.

Dawn Braddy, CMCA, AMS, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from San Diego State University. Dawn also holds a Paralegal Certificate with a focus on Civil Litigation from the University of San Diego. In addition to their academic achievements, Dawn has obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in October 2006. Dawn has also earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification from the Community Associations Institute in February 2020.
