Jonatan Riis Christensen

Jonatan Riis Christensen has a diverse work experience. Jonatan Riis is currently working as a Tech Transfer Scientist at Bavarian Nordic since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S as a Development Scientist from December 2015 to November 2020. Jonatan Riis also has experience as a Pharmacist at Lyngby Svane Apotek from January 2015 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, UCPH from September 2014 to June 2015, where they gained experience in teaching on the pharmacy bachelor course and supervising bachelor groups. Jonatan Riis started their career as a Student Assistant in Pharmacovigilance and Medical Devices at Sundhedsstyrelsen in December 2009 and worked until July 2013. Their responsibilities included processing adverse event reports, database maintenance, and testing new software structures.

Jonatan Riis Christensen started their education in 2008 at the University of Copenhagen, where they pursued a degree in Pharmacy. Jonatan Riis completed their studies in this field in 2014. In 2013 and 2014, they had the opportunity to gain research experience as an intern at Utrecht University. In 2017, Jonatan furthered their education by attending a GMP Course at Pharmakon, focusing on the field of pharmaceuticals.
