Lucas Wey

Lucas Wey has a diverse and comprehensive work experience. Lucas started their career as a Summer Intern at the Adolphe Merkle Institute in 2018. Following that, Lucas worked as an Assistant for histology practicals and also completed their Bachelor thesis at the Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg. In 2020, they worked at Hôpital Universitaire de Bâle on their Master Thesis. After that, they joined InnoMedica Holding AG as a Process Engineer Pharma Production, where they worked until 2022. Subsequently, Lucas worked at Emergent BioSolutions as a Manufacturing Support Engineer for about six months. Currently, they are employed at Bavarian Nordic in the same role.

Lucas Wey completed their Bachelor's degree in Sciences biomédicales, général from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg in the period 2015 to 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Biomedical engineering at the University of Basel from 2019 to 2021.
