Ramakrishnan Ravi

Ramakrishnan Ravi has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Ramakrishnan started their career as a Recruitment Manager at FLSmidth Private Ltd., where they worked from February 2006 until April 2010. During their time at FLSmidth Ventomatic, from August 2010 to April 2012, Ramakrishnan served as the Human Resources Manager. Ramakrishnan then moved on to FLSmidth A/S, where they held various roles. From June 2013 to September 2019, they were the Head of HR Analytics & Shared Services, responsible for analytics, reporting, and resource management. Subsequently, Ramakrishnan became the Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analytics Lead - Group HR, managing governance, processes, and policies until January 2023. Currently, they are the HR Digital Lead at Bavarian Nordic since January 2023. Throughout their career, Ramakrishnan has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, analytics, reporting, resource management, and HR systems.

Ramakrishnan Ravi completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Madras from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in HR at Anna University between 2003 and 2005.
