Robert Hicks

Robert Hicks has extensive experience in the field of contract manufacturing operations. Robert started their career in 1998 at Emergent BioSolutions, where they held the role of External Contract Manufacturing Operations. In this role, they were responsible for identifying outsourcing solutions for fill finish manufacturing, monitoring existing contracts with contract manufacturers, and conducting site visits to assess key metrics. Robert also worked closely with external CMO's to improve cost, quality, and service. In 2023, Robert joined Bavarian Nordic as the External CMO Technical lead, where they are currently employed.

Robert Hicks attended multiple institutions for their education. From 1989 to 2001, they studied at Northern Michigan University, Davenport College of Business, Lansing Community College, and the University of La Verne Italy.
