Todd Phillips

Todd Phillips, PharmD, currently serves as the Head of US Regulatory Affairs at Bavarian Nordic, a position held since August 2022. Phillips has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, previously working as the Managing Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Cardinal Regulatory Sciences from August 2017 to August 2022, and as a Principal Scientist at Cardinal Health Regulatory Sciences from June 2014 to July 2017. Additional roles include Senior Consultant at Beckloff Associates, Regulatory Project Manager at the Food and Drug Administration, and various positions at Quintiles focused on Project Management in Clinical Pharmacology. Phillips began a clinical research and marketing fellowship at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Rutgers University in June 2003. The educational background includes a Pharm.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
