François Dubreuil is an experienced innovation consultant specializing in the circular and sharing economy at Bax since April 2023. Prior to this role, François served as an assistant project manager in resilience and foresight for the City of Paris, where responsibilities included reshaping the Resilience Strategy and analyzing local government operations for socio-ecological transition. François has also contributed to urban planning projects, including workshops on developing biodiversity-rich public spaces and restoring abandoned sites in Sfax, Tunisia. François holds a Master’s in Transformative Urban Studies from Université Grenoble Alpes and is currently pursuing an MSc in City Resilience Design and Management at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. An extensive academic background spans degrees in urbanism, geography, and physics, reflecting a diverse expertise in project management, local governance, and urban resilience strategies.
