Deepali Agarwal is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in marketing, innovation, and strategic growth across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Growth & Acceleration at Haleon, Deepali is responsible for driving growth initiatives and organizational transformation. Previously, as the General Manager & Country Head for Philips in the India Subcontinent, Deepali successfully operationalized business scaling strategies while also holding the role of Marketing Leader for Personal Health. Deepali founded The Pink Foundry, emphasizing consumer-first skincare solutions, and led marketing efforts at Danone India and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on brand reputation and growth. Deepali holds a PGDM in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.I.T in IT from IP College, University of Delhi.
