Marc Bax

Marc Bax is the owner of Panchromos Limited since 2003, specializing in product innovation projects with clients through tailored project teams. As a partner at Bax since August 2011, Marc established the Cambridge office to foster collaboration on innovative ideas. Additionally, Marc serves as a volunteer business mentor for i-Teams at the University of Cambridge, guiding student teams in applying inventions from university labs. Previously, Marc held leadership roles including Director at Team Consulting Limited, Sales & Marketing Director for Europe at Scitex, Director of Sales & Marketing at Cardio Control, and Manager of Global Sales at Xeikon. Marc's early career began as a project engineer at Océ. Marc holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from the University of Twente and a Bachelor's in Marketing from The Open University.
