Ineza Pletty

Ineza Pletty is currently the Head of Ethics & Compliance at Takeda and holds the title of Head of Ethics & Compliance Poland, Cluster Lead South - Easth. Previously, at Shire, Ineza served as the Associate Director in the Ethics & Compliance department for CE Countries. Prior to that, Ineza worked at Baxalta as a Sr Manager in Ethics & Compliance for the ECEMEA region. Ineza has also held positions at Valeant Pharmaceuticals as a Compliance Manager, Sanofi as a Compliance & Internal Control Manager, and Kredyt Bank as an Internal Auditor. In terms of education, Ineza holds a Magister Degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance/Banking from Akademia Ekonomiczna w Poznaniu and a Licencjat Degree from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowości w Poznaniu.
