Marco Cecconi

Marco Cecconi currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at BaxEnergy, overseeing the research, design, and development of new products while leading a team that has grown from 20 to 70 remote developers. Previous roles include Chief R&D Officer and Research and Development Manager at BaxEnergy, where Marco managed teams responsible for developing and maintaining applications. As Founder and CEO of Intelligent Hack srls, Marco focused on building high-performing technology organizations, while also holding CTO positions at Post Op and Terran.One, contributing to infrastructure projects and innovative language design for smart contracts. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Stardust, Intelligent Trip, Toptal, Stack Overflow, Trayport, and Sophos, showcasing a strong background in engineering management and product development. Marco holds an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia and a degree from Università degli Studi di Milano.
