Mandy Wood

Mandy Wood is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications at Baxter Auto since February 2024, where responsibilities include supporting the human resources aspect while representing prominent automotive brands such as Toyota, Ford, Honda, and others. Prior to this role, Mandy held various positions at Sargent & Lundy and Honor, including Internal Communications and Strategy, Senior Manager, and Communications Manager, following the acquisition of Home Instead by Honor in August 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Communications and Change Management Advisor at Home Instead, Marketing and Communications Manager at CyncHealth, and several roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska and TD Ameritrade. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising, as well as Spanish, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
