Brett Biwer

Brett Biwer is an experienced project manager with a robust background in civil engineering, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Baxter & Woodman since June 2020, Brett has previously held similar roles at Manhard Consulting, Snyder & Associates, Crispell-Snyder, Inc., and Bowen Civil Engineering. Early in the career, Brett worked as a Civil Engineer at Crispell-Snyder, Inc., and as an Assistant City Engineer for the City of Jefferson, WI. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Platteville, completed between 1989 and 1994, alongside a high school education at Jefferson Sr. High from 1985 to 1989.
