Brandi Meyer

Brandi Meyer is an experienced change management professional with a strong background in organizational transformation. Currently serving in the Organization Transformation & Change Management role at Baxter International Inc. since 2022, Brandi played a pivotal role during the acquisition of Hillrom by Baxter. Prior to this position, Brandi held significant leadership roles including Global Change Management Leader at Hillrom and Director of Change Programs at JLL. With a foundational career at United Airlines as Senior Manager of HR Communications and Organizational Change, Brandi was instrumental in establishing an enterprise-wide Change Leader network. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Huron and Accenture, focusing on change management strategies across multiple sectors. Brandi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management & MIS from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tennessee State University.
