Chris Hayen is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in systems engineering and product design. Currently serving as a Manager of Systems Engineering - Technical Service at Baxter International Inc. since October 2012, Chris has held several roles, including Senior Principal Engineer and Principal Engineer. Prior to this, Chris worked at Stereotaxis Inc. from January 2004 to October 2012, where responsibilities included Senior Manufacturing & Sustaining Engineer, Mechanical Engineer - Sustaining Lead, and Mechanical Engineer. Chris began the career with a summer internship in the Respiratory Engineering Department at Invacare from 2000 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College (2002-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa (1998-2002).
