Eric Crump

Eric Crump is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global External Contract Manufacturing at Baxter International Inc., Eric is responsible for managing over $1.9 billion in spend for External Contract Manufacturers globally. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Baxter, Director of Operations at Rockwell Automation overseeing nine manufacturing plants, and Chief Operating Officer at PTC Alliance. Eric has also held senior positions at GGB Bearing Technology, The Timken Company, and Delphi, demonstrating a strong track record in lean manufacturing and operational strategy. Eric holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University.
