Megan Lum

Megan Lum, P.E. serves as the Global Director of Environmental Programs and Sustainability at Baxter International Inc. since 2020. With extensive experience in environmental management, Megan held several notable positions including Director of Environmental Management at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Senior Environmental Manager at Weyerhaeuser. In addition to their corporate roles, Megan has been actively involved with the Society of Women Engineers since 1998 as a Life Member and Board Member, and served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for NAEM from January 2017 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from the University of Washington and a BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
