Nicole Hulik, SHRM-CP, PHR, CCP, currently serves as the Employee Relations Director at Baxter International Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Employee Relations Director at Hillrom from November 2017 to December 2021, as well as the Human Resources Leader for Front Line Care. Nicole's career also includes significant experience at Welch Allyn, where roles ranged from Director of HR Strategic Business Partners & Talent Acquisition to Sr Manager of HR Business Partner for the Americas and other HR positions. Earlier in the career, Nicole was the Supported Employment Manager at Seneca Cayuga ARC and worked in Human Resources at MacKenzie-Childs, LLC. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1995.
