David Minton

David Minton currently serves as the European Sales Director for Baxters Food Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Minton was Sales Director at Assisi Petcare and held various positions within Hain Daniels Group, including Head of Sales and Grocery Controller. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Saladworks, Whirlpool EMEA, and Mars, where Minton served in multiple capacities such as Channel Director and Customer Marketing & Category Leadership Director. Minton's career began at Masterfoods UK and CarnaudMetalbox, focusing on marketing and trade management. Minton holds a BSc Hons in Chemistry from Coventry University.
