Simon Cartledge

Simon Cartledge is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the European Operations & Technical Director at Baxters Food Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Simon held key positions at Quintessential Brands Group from October 2018 to August 2023, including Head of Manufacturing UK & Ireland and Factory Manager. Simon's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Unilever, where roles included Operations Manager and Production Manager, and at H J Heinz, serving as Operations Manager for a range of products including soups and pasta. Simon's educational background includes a degree in Process & Control from St. Helens College.
