Since July 2021, Connor serves as Business Development Director at BaxterStorey, having held similar positions at Elior UK, RDA Limited, and Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. Prior to this, Connor was involved in retail business development at Compass Group UK & Ireland and managed operations at Chartwells, overseeing a budget of £35 million across numerous contracts. With a strong foundation in management roles dating back to the early 1990s, Connor has consistently driven growth and innovation in various capacities across the industry.
