Giridharan Vijay Kumar Moorthy

Giridharan Vijay Kumar Moorthy is a Manufacturing Engineer at Bay Advanced Technologies since June 2021, specializing in the implementation of PLM and PDM systems to streamline project data and processes, along with developing testing specifications for Fluid Powered products through comprehensive research. Prior experience includes an Operations Internship at Olympus Controls, where Giridharan contributed to plant layout design aimed at enhancing production efficiency, an internship at Bharat Earth Movers Limited focusing on assembly processes and Lean Manufacturing principles, and a research internship at IIT Guwahati in collaboration with Bhabha Atomic Research Center. Giridharan holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
