For over 40 years, Bay Aging has been caring for older adults and people with disabilities in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula with meals, home and personal care, public transportation, home repairs, and living options. Their goal is to help people live independently in their own homes and communities surrounded by their own things and, wherever possible, their families and friends. Their top priority is to keep independence, home, and the community at the hub of life in the rural counties they serve.

They oversee operational management, advocate for community resources, promote business development, and ensure financial sustainability, all while prioritizing the delivery of services that empower individuals to live independently in their communities.

Leadership Team

The Management Team at Bay Aging is responsible for overseeing the organization's various programs and services geared towards assisting older adults and people with disabilities. This includes coordinating volunteer activities via the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Manager, managing staff and HR functions through the Human Resource Manager, optimizing daily operations with the Operations Manager, enhancing transportation services with the Mobility Manager, and driving public awareness and engagement efforts overseen by the Manager of Marketing & Public Relations. Together, they ensure the seamless delivery of support that empowers clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in their rural communities.

The Financial Team at Bay Aging manages and oversees all financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. They are responsible for strategic financial planning, grant management, and regulatory compliance to support Bay Aging’s mission of promoting independent living for older adults and people with disabilities.
