Housing and Care Coordination

The Housing and Care Coordination team at Bay Aging is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and independence of older adults and people with disabilities in the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula. This team oversees a range of services including veteran care, housing development and management, care transitions, community living programs, and home weatherization.
