Tiffini Young is a seasoned professional in customer service and operations management with extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Bay and Bay Transportation since September 2020, Tiffini has previously held various leadership positions at Transport America, including Sr. Director of Operations and Director of Regional Operations, from September 2013 to September 2020.
