Robert Thorssen

Robert Thorssen is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Co-Chairman in Deal-Flow at Bay Angels since September 2023, Thorssen brings invaluable insight to one of Silicon Valley’s oldest and most active angel organizations. In addition, Thorssen holds the position of Co-Chairman at Vlogmi Corporation, where the focus is on developing a cutting-edge social media SAAS tool. Thorssen also contributes as Honorary Commodore of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary and serves as Chairman for Starboard Strategic Services, advising on international IPOs and startups. Thorssen's prior experience includes managing director roles at Starboard Strategic Services, where a significant restructuring was implemented, and leading Axis Port Inc. to a public offering. An alumnus of the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University, Thorssen has a strong educational foundation supporting a successful career.
