Air Quality Program Manager at Bay Area Air Quality Management District

Chengfeng Wang has over two decades of experience in air quality management and emissions reduction. Currently serving as Air Quality Program Manager at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District since January 2015, Chengfeng oversees mobile source emissions reduction grant programs. Prior experience includes roles as Supervising Air Quality Specialist and Manager at the California Air Resources Board, where responsibilities involved on-road model implementation and mobile source emissions assessment. Previously, Chengfeng developed emissions inventory models and conducted regulatory analysis, utilizing various technical tools such as MySQL and ArcGIS. Chengfeng's academic background includes a PhD in Marine Transportation Policy from the University of Delaware and a BS and MEng in Marine Transportation from Dalian Maritime University.
