John C.

John C. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and management. John started their career as an IS Manager at Bay Area Air Quality Management District in February 2006 and continued in that role until February 2009. From March 2009 to January 2014, they served as the Director of Information Management at the same company. John then transitioned to become the Director of Engineering from February 2012 to January 2014. In February 2014, they took on the role of Director of Information Services, which they held until October 2020. During this time, they also took on the role of Acting Chief Administrative Officer from October 2020 to September 2021. John resumed their position as Director of Information Services until October 2022. From November 2022 to September 2023, they served as the Acting Chief Administrative Officer. Starting in September 2023, they will assume the position of Chief Technology Officer. Prior to their time at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, John C. worked as a Consultant at CH2M HILL from February 2005 to February 2006.

John C. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. John is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Louisiana State University, specializing in Business Administration, Management, Operations, and Human Resources.
