Rachel Kast serves as the IOP Program Manager at Bay Area Clinical Associates since January 2024, overseeing the intensive outpatient program for teens aged 15-18, conducting clinical assessments, and facilitating therapy groups, including a parent skills group. Previously, Rachel was an Associate Therapist at the same organization, where individual therapy and therapy groups for adolescents were provided. Rachel's extensive experience includes roles as a Social Work Case Manager at Santa Clara Family Health Plan, overseeing a caseload of intensive clients, and as a Care Manager III at the Institute on Aging. Rachel has also worked as a Dementia Care Specialist with the Alzheimer's Association®, where program development and presentations at conferences were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work in Gerontology and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology.
