Management and Coordination

The Management and Coordination team at Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) oversees the planning, implementation, and integration of various programs and services. This team ensures effective communication, project alignment, and resource allocation among the diverse initiatives such as After School Programs, Youth Development, and Mental Health services. They also support IT infrastructure, foster positive organizational culture, and manage strategic marketing and outreach efforts to promote BACR's mission.
