Viki Alves

Viki Alves is an experienced administrative professional with a robust background in executive support. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Bay Area Discovery Museum since August 2023, Viki previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer at GLIDEsf from October 2019 to August 2023. Viki's career also includes roles such as Meetings and Office Manager at the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Office Manager at Provident Financial Management, where support was provided to Senior Partners and supervision of administrative staff occurred. Earlier experience at Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences involved extensive support to top executives and a large team of scientists over a decade. Viki Alves is a graduate of Mt. San Antonio College.
