Guilene Theodore

Guilene Theodore has extensive legal experience spanning several decades, with a focus on labor and employment law, alternative dispute resolution, and government representation. Currently serving as Managing Attorney and Compliance Attorney at Bay Area Legal Services since May 2018, Guilene has previously held positions such as Staff Attorney at Fair Food Standards Council and Attorney/Mediator/Arbitrator at Collaborative Conflict Resolution, PLLC. Prior experience includes significant roles at Ogletree Deakins and Ruden, McClosky, where Guilene provided legal counsel on employment matters and developed compliance policies. Guilene's background also includes serving as Chief Assistant County Attorney for Hillsborough County, where management of legal staff was a key responsibility, and as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law, teaching alternative dispute resolution.
